The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European law in force since May 2018. It grants EU citizens concrete rights over their personal data: right of access, erasure, portability and objection. Any organisation that collects your data must respect these rights, or face fines of up to 4% of its global annual revenue.

Under the right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR), you can ask any organisation to delete your personal data. The request must be made in writing to the data controller or DPO. Fairmi automates this process: select the sites concerned, and your request is generated and sent on your behalf.

Yes. Fairmi never accesses your mailbox or your accounts. All data is hosted in France, on European servers, in full compliance with the GDPR. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.

With Fairmi, sending your request takes less than 2 minutes. The recipient organisation then has a legal deadline of one month to respond (Article 12 of the GDPR). If they fail to reply, you can file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

Fairmi lists more than 97 742 websites and services: social networks, e-commerce, streaming, banks, insurance companies and many more. The database is regularly updated, and you can request the addition of a missing site.
