The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European law in force since May 2018. It grants EU citizens concrete rights over their personal data: right of access, erasure, portability and objection. Any organisation that collects your data must respect these rights, or face fines of up to 4% of its global annual revenue.
Under the right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR), you can ask any organisation to delete your personal data. The request must be made in writing to the data controller or DPO. Fairmi automates this process: select the sites concerned, and your request is generated and sent on your behalf.
Fairmi offers a free plan that lets you exercise your GDPR rights with no commitment. Additional plans with personalised support will be available soon for those who want to go further.
